Privacy notice
Last updated October 22, 2026
This notice explains what Projekt Partitur collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers the Takt One waitlist only. A fuller policy will cover the Takt One tablet and apps before they launch.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We don't ask for your name, address or payment details, and this site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- To send you news about Takt One, including the launch, the open-source app suite and early access.
- To understand how many people are interested, so we can plan production.
We only email you because you asked us to. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who can see it
Only the Projekt Partitur team. We don't sell or rent your email address. We use Kit (kit.com), an email service based in the United States, to store the waitlist and send updates. Kit handles your address on our behalf and only for this purpose, so your email address is stored on servers in the United States.
When you join, Kit sends one email asking you to confirm. You're only added to the list once you confirm.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed after launch, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your email address by writing to us.
We follow Canada's privacy and anti-spam laws (PIPEDA and CASL). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
